1.5. The layout of item pages

Although jMorp contains a wide range of data, from the genome to the omics, each page is roughly arranged as follows:

The entry ID and entry name are presented at the top of the page along with the category of data (Genome Sequence, Genome Variation, Methylome, etc.).

The results of the analysis are shown below the page header. The data are grouped according to their type. The grouping is referred to as a panel in this guide.

A list of panels appears in the page’s upper-right corner. This list can be used to quickly access a panel that interests you.
